I recently put in a Class action suit against my employee who recently dropped my medical benefits to a TPA. The TPA is part of their “Brooklawn community” and see a HUGE conflict of interest. I have friends who have dealt with them in another company and they said this TPA choses who “lives or dies”. I recently came up on a Cancer dx and I anticipate problems. Who can i stay in contact with at your place to expose them if i encounter problems?

TPA’s are using unethical practices. I would like to know is there a public records database, that shows denials. TPA’s are involved in creating disabled workers, by using speculatory evidence.
